Easter in our home

  

It started to look a little bit like SPRING around our home this weekend!  After this experiment with growing grass, Brad asked if I could take over the front lawn.  HA!  

Next on the weekend agenda was to whip-up some sugar cookies.  Lillie did all the baking.

 

 Mimi got a creative decorating idea in her head and couldn't get it out.  I turned around for just a moment and when I looked back she was piping icing on our cookies!  Love it.

Eggs.  We rarely (never) eat hard boiled eggs in our house.  I literally had to call mom to ask her "how" to hard boil an egg.  Doesn't that just seem wrong.

 

For Lillie's sake, we started by playing with plastic eggs and then moved on to dyeing hard boiled eggs.

Memories make up family.  Our family opperates on just a little bit of spare time.  I absolutely loved this day because it was full of family, love, time and creative juices.  What else can a girl ask for?
