You may ask your self, what has Windsor Circle been up to lately? (I know I do!!) ... well water balloons. I'm sure they have been busy with other things like creating software, closing deals, etc... but this is the only evidence I have. Working for a small company can have its perks.
On a side note, this is happening in a downtown beer garden. Weird right? Kids, water balloons, beer garden, downtown... weird. And then it made sense, when later I found out it was my husbands idea. Go figure.
