I love Christmas Cards!
I love Christmas cards! I love getting Christmas cards and sending Christmas cards and I even keep Christmas cards from year to year. Brad on the other hand feels differently- as some of you could imagine. Right now he has steered away from any philosophical argument against Christmas cards (can you believe there is such a thing!) and focused on the money that we don't have to spend in his words. I totally understand, sending Christmas cards can get expensively quickly, but is totally worth it.
Although I find myself married to a student, I unfortunately haven't changed my love languages. Gifts & quality time. Should I be embarrassed to say that? My top two love languages are gifts and quality time. And I think sending the "gift" of a Christmas card is a fun and easy way to reach out to friends and family and say, "I'm thinking about you during this Christmas season."
We have tried every service out there, but the best quality for the most affordable price that I can find is always Shutterfly. Shutterfly does quick, good work and includes envelopes for free. This year it looks like their designs are better than ever, so I'm excited about picking one for our family. I'm also excited to tell you that because of this little post they are offering me 50 free cards (If you're a blogger you too can get 50 free cards, find out more here). Which means, despite being married to a student- Lillie's face will grace a Shutterfly Christmas card this year!
Here are the design's that got me excited!
Since Lillie was born I've been a bit addicted to giving Shutterfly gifts. Apparently anything with my baby's face on it is the PERFECT gift for Mimi and Gram. They have received calendars, notebooks and cards with cute photos just to say I love you from Lillie. And since they are both such big coffee drinkers, I'm considering a Shutteryfly coffee mug this year. I've heard this is what all the hip Grandma's drink their coffee from...
Obviously, I'm pretty excited about sticking on photo on anything. Thanks Shutterfly!
