A New Year- 2010
I'm thankful for a new beginning this new year. I find myself full of hope. I've resolved not to make any resolutions but to work to live a more spirit filled life day to day. The one big application I see in my life is being present during each day in each of the different roles I fill- mommy, wife, boss, employee, mentor, daughter, sister, and friend. 2009 has taught me that I just cannot do everything, but the things I choose to do in 2010 I would like to do well and to the full.
A love the beginning of a new year. I feel forgiven, refreshed, clean and full of hope.
To ring in the new year- we joined 36 of my husband's closest college friends in a 5 bedroom home on a farm outside of Charlotte. It was a time full of loud noises, laughter, dirty boys, sleepy children and air mattresses (and a little Southpark shopping for me!). At the very least, it was a beautiful picture of community and the very most, it may have been the highlight of 2010 for Brad.
Lillie bear went on date #2 with Chesson. I'll recommend that in the future she wears clothes to meet boys for dinner.
The Dad's provided the meal. Amazing.
And finally, three sweet Dad's who love their babes, tackle football, cigars and a house full of friends.
Welcome to 2010 and our new blog.

alert! the first pic of Lils is the cutest! and the last pic is like the sweetest thing ever! and yes, i have now officially caught up and commented on all of your blog posts! haha Chesson has so much hair! they are all precious!
