Yia Yia's Pie

Joy comes in all shapes and sizes.  On this Wednesday evening my joy went a little something like this...

Thanks to Tara's amazing Yia Yia I can make chocolate pie in one bowl with ingredients that I keep stocked in my pantry any night of the week.  This recipe is undoubtedly one of the best wedding shower gifts I received. Yum.

Then I snuggled up to what I hope to be an inspiring and encouraging read, The Mission of Motherhood by Sally Clarkson.  It was an excellent Christmas gift from my mother-in-law, Barbara.  I've read great things about this book.

Tonight I pray that I will trust the Lord to walk me through the details and to use my willing hands as instruments of his blessings.
