Labor Day '10

Labor day 2010 thankfully included very little laboring for our family!  Lillie and I enjoyed time with Mimi- we even ventured to the pool that I can thank for shaping my childhood.  We got in exercise, time with Jesus and a nap almost every day.  And, Lillie ate foods that didn't come out of the freezer.  It was beautiful, even though we were missing our main man.

He was in Ocean City- living the high-life with the Loyola boys.  Their weekend seemed to move at a bit of a different speed then mine, but none the less, we all had a good time.  I guess boys will be boys.  Anyone want to explain this?

On another note, Brad brought home a bucket of Fishers Popcorn.  For the past 5 years I've been kidding myself really.... You can get this stuff "hot and fresh"  (think Krispy Kreme donuts of the north) on the beach boardwalk of OC.  I've always turned my nose up at it.  I'm really not a fan of popcorn.  Well for some reason I gave it a try when the bucket came home this year.  And now I regret it in a major way.  Murph, I need the Silver Bullet to send me some for Christmas.

I'm ready for another long weekend already.  How about you?

Sometimes the Palmtree (Loyola) guys like to get a little weird, and since it was my idea, I'll explain. It is quite simple actually. I never pass up a chance to make Murph squirm, and the thought of him wearing a dreamsicle T shirt with a wolf on the front just makes me happy.
