two months old!

Weighing in at 11 pounds 3 ounces and 23 inches tall Mary Hardin is a sweet happy girl at 2 months old.  She is in the 75 percentile for height and weight.  She smiles frequently and coos in response to questions.  Lillie enjoys singing her songs, especially the Itsy bitsy spider.  Mary Hardin seems to love watching Lillie run circles around her and Lillie is equally enamored with Mary Hardin.

The tell tale sign that Lillie is in love, is that when Brad picks Lillie up from school she runs right by him to see her sister.  How sweet is that!

Mary Hardin is an early bird...she loves the wee hours of the morning.  I imagine this, along with the dimple on her chin, comes from my dad.  She is happy as a clam to sleep from 9:30 to 4:30 and then just smile at you after her belly is full.  With some rocking she will return to sleep for a few more hours until it is time to head off to school.  How thankful I am that she sleeps well because she is currently taking up residence in one corner of our bedroom!

Feeding is going well, Mary Hardin likes to eat for the most part- although my little ones don't seem to be big eaters.  Mary Hardin is taking 2 to3 ounces a feeding 7 times a day.  This is well below average but she is growing well so we aren't concerned.

Happy two months old Mary Hardin.  You have brought much joy to our family!
