smiles and green beans

Saturday I had the pleasure of sharing a few minutes with a dear friend from college, Virginia.  I got to meet sweet Naomi and have one little snuggle before they were on their way to a packed weekend!  Over the years, Virginia and I shared lots of fun memories- we studied together and prayed together.  We shared a triple room together in our sorority house with another favorite friend Elizabeth and we shared a sleeping cabin car in a train that took us across Europe.

Virginia is an inspiring person.  She dreams big, plans practically and she listens.  And some where along the road she taught me the importance of being present in life.

On a different note, I'm wondering how our Saturday turned from smiles and sunshine....

 To this, in less than one hour.

If green beans made a good mostirizing mask, Lillie would be all set!
