Snow + a teacher = fun

It has been snowing up a storm here!  It has snowed three times already this winter and today is the very first day of the actual winter season.  I love a good NC snow.  Just enough to scare the whits out of everyone and cause a rush on milk and bread, shut down the schools and lightly dust the road.  But not too much to really keep you from driving.

Mimi was over the last time it snowed, and all of the sudden this became a "teaching" moment that Lillie loved.  It started snowing and Mimi immediately asked for a dark peice of paper.  Then we put jackets on and headed outside to learn about this crazy white stuff falling from the sky.  Lillie enjoyed catching the snow, checking it out on her peice of paper and then she wanted it off her peice of paper.  Hilarious!
