the REAL Windsor Circle

The running joke is that the irony of the "whole thing" is that we had to sell our sweet little home on Windsor Circle so that we could jump in head first to starting the company Windsor Circle.

Just as we sold our home, Windsor Circle wrapped up their first round of funding from angel investors and an institutional investor.  Check out this press in The Triangle Business Journal.

Lillie and I are very proud!

And just for those who are wondering.... what the heck does Windsor Circle do?
Windsor Circle is "eCommerce Intelligence."

In plain English, Windsor Circle customers are marketers who sell things online.  The better they understand their customers, the better they can do their jobs of marketing and selling products to them.  Windsor Circle's eCommerce Intelligence platforms help them do this in ways they can't today.

Here are three quick examples:
Big Spenders - BloomsToday (an online florist) might want to send a special email to all customers who have spent more than $100 in the last 6 months and reward them with a special offer to drive more sales.
Affluent Households - Coldwater Creek may want to alert customers in households of greater than $100k income of a new, high end Summer Collection.
New Store Opening! - Ulta just opened a new store, and the marketer wants to drive happy customers into the new store.  The marketer uses WC to identify all subscribers in a specific zip code and offer them a free gift if they visit the store.
